Austria is one of my favorite places in the whole world, and the town of Hallstatt feels magical as soon as you step into it. But is Hallstatt worth visiting?

Hallstatt can be hit or miss, depending on what you’re looking for.

The town is beautiful and has many activities and sights that draw people in.

But other things could keep you away from the town, like the weather and overtourism.
